What you bring
- 610 years of experience in art direction design or creative leadership within high-growth agencies B2B Saas or studios.
- Demonstrable experience in leading and mentoring creative teams.
- A portfolio that shows concept-led thinking world-building campaigns and exceptional craft.
- Proven ability to translate strategy and insight into bold compelling creative ideas.
- Experience building scalable creative systems and frameworks that enable high-volume execution.
- Proficiency with modern creative tools (Figma Adobe Creative Suite motion tools) and familiarity with AI-assisted workflows.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration communication and influence skills.
