Job Summary

Role Overview:

The Sr. Director Cyber Products is a senior role responsible for coordinating the development and commercialization of a portfolio of existing capabilities and the development of a new portfolio of products in the cyber domain.   

This role will partner with stakeholders across Visa to execute the strategy drive product development and guide market positioning of Visas cyber products ensuring alignment with the companys overall business objectives. This role is an individual contributor and may have direct reports in the future. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide the commercialization of existing cyber capabilities and the development of new cyber products in partnership with Visas CISO team Technology and Risk teams.
  • Refine and execute the strategic plan to establish Visa as a leading provider of payment-adjacent cyber solutions.
  • Develop and articulate a clear portfolio-level vision for cyber products and share that vision with stakeholders at all levels within and external to Visa.
  • Instill program management discipline into the processes supporting Visas introduction of cyber solutions to the market.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product innovation and market differentiation.
  • This role will be an individual contributor and may have direct reports in the future 
  • Identify and capitalize on market opportunities to drive revenue growth and market share.
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders including customers partners and industry influencers.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.


Qualifications :

Basic Qualifications:

  • 12 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 10 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters/MBA /JD/MD) or a minimum of 5 years of work experience with a PhD


Preferred Qualifications:

  • 12-15 or more years of experience with a Bachelors Degree or 12 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters MBA JD or MD) PhD with 9 years of experience
  • 10-12 years of cybersecurity work experience with relevant experience in product/services leadership and program management.
  • 10 years experience working with global teams
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity operations and the challenges faced by cybersecurity leaders.
  • Demonstrated deep understanding of multiple domains of cybersecurity.
  • Exceptional emotional intelligence.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with demonstrated intellectual and analytical rigor.
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic rapidly changing business environment.
  • Global or multi-national business experience strongly preferred.
  • Outstanding communication skills and ability to create compelling messages to senior executives and external business partners.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to influence and build credibility as a peer among internal and external stakeholders.
  • Team oriented collaborative diplomatic and flexible with excellent presentation skills.

Additional Information :

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting.  The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk communicate in person and by telephone frequently operate standard office equipment such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for this position is 195800.00 to 313500.00 USD per year which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge skills experience and addition this position may be eligible for bonus and equity. Visa has a comprehensive benefits package for which this position may be eligible that includes Medical Dental Vision 401 (k) FSA/HSA Life Insurance Paid Time Off and Wellness Program.
