Job Summary
- Assist residents with bathing dressing grooming and personal care
- Escort residents to meals activities and appointments
- Help with meal service and monitor dietary needs
- Document care and report any changes in resident condition
- Follow facility policies and safety procedures
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or its equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- On the job training is provided
