Role description:
Arcadis is looking for Quantity Surveying Professionals to join our team.
Role accountabilities:
Preparation of pre-contract cost estimates and project cash-flow
Preparation of tender documentation
Tendering process and tender evaluation
Post-contract administration and management contract documentation valuation of progress payment variation assessment and cost control report
Finalization of project final accounts
Qualifications & Experience:
Degree in Quantity Surveying
1 to 2 years of related experience in Quantity Surveying
With technical knowledge Measurement cost estimating construction technology contracts and law
Candidates with pre-contract experience and consultancy background will have advantage
Understand and familiar with professional practice and contract administration processes
Able to work as a team player
Ability to communicate clearly in both spoken and written English
Ability to communicate clearly in spoken Cantonese and written Chinese
Candidates with more experience would be considered as Quantity Surveyor
