Were hiring someone who wants to shape how Emumba attracts welcomes and grows great people. As our People & Talent Partner youll own day-to-day recruitment deliver a high-quality candidate experience and support the systems and rituals that help our people thrive. One week youll be running interviews for our engineering team the next you might be onboarding new hires or streamlining a leave workflow. Its a hands-on role for someone who loves both people and process and wants to do both well.

What Youll Do
- Drive projects across culture systems and growth; no rigid silos here
- Build smart automations (think: webhooks dashboards AI tools)
- Support initiatives that make Emumba the best place to work
- Learn fast adapt faster and leave everything better than you found it
Must-Have Qualifications
- No more than 4 years of experience in the field
- Minimum Bachelors degree-level education required
- High EQ and genuine care for people
- Curiosity initiative and persistence
- Comfort using AI tools and experimenting with new tech
- Analytical thinking and attention to detail
