Whatyoulldo
As Director of Accounting Operations you will lead and continuously develop the operational finance function across all German entities. You ensure efficient compliant and scalable end-to-end accounting processes across Order-to-Cash Procure-to-Pay and General Ledger.
- Leadmentorand develop the Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable and General Ledger teams (approx. 20 FTE) through their respective Team Leads
- Own thetimelyand high-quality monthly close process across all operational accounting areasinGermany (12 Legal Entities)
- Ensure efficient and compliant execution of O2C P2P and GL processes across all German entities
- Ensure efficient and compliant execution of O2C P2P and GL processes across all German entities
- Ensure strong internal controls and operational compliance within the finance function
- Serve as key interface between Finance Operations GroupAccountingand other internal stakeholders
Whatyoullbring
- University degree in Accounting Finance or Business Administration
- 8-10 years of relevant experience in operational accounting including leadership responsibility
- Strong understanding of end-to-end finance processes (O2C P2P GL)
- Experience in multi-entity environments
- Solid ERPexpertise ideally Workday Finance
- Strong leadership mindset combined with operational hands-on capability
- Structuredpragmaticand solution-oriented working style
- Fluent in German and English
