Global Delivery Services refers to EYs worldwide network of service delivery centers. The GDS team plays an important role in EYs strategy by ensuring effective support to EYs growth agenda.

Your key responsibilities

• Design and Conduct Cloud and DevSecOps maturity assessment.
• Provide Solution and Responsible for Architecting end to end CI/CD Solution for automating software delivery for various clients in on-prem and Cloud.
• Actively participate in high level team activities such as suggesting Architecture improvements recommending process improvements and conducting tool evaluations.
• Served as a hands-on subject matter expert for DevOps and Automation in an AWS infrastructure.
• Provide solution for Infrastructure automation using IaC tools such as Terraform Cloud Formation Ansible
• Deploying and managing enterprise scale Kubernetes cluster
• Automate Kubernetes-based deployments (EKS) using Helm charts and manage service mesh and traffic routing with Istio for enhanced observability and resilience.
• Mentor the team to implement CI/CD pipeline for technology stack like: Java Python Bigdata.
• Must be good in DevSecOps and Integrate Security tools in the CI/CD Pipeline such as SonarQube Wiz Black duck Coverity CheckMarx WhiteSource Veracode Fortify etc.
• Write scripts for automation using Linux Bash Python Groovy PowerShell. Hands on experience with the PowerShell and CLI.
• Utilize various open-source technologies to develop DevOps Scripts
• Design framework with various tools to implement orchestrate solutions
• Build independent web-based tools to automate
• Experience working with AWS SDK
• Good Knowledge on AWS & AWS PaaS SaaS and IaaS offerings
• Good Knowledge on AWS Security
• Good Knowledge on AWS Observability and resilience.
• Configure and manage data sources like MySQL Mongo Elasticsearch Redis Cassandra Hadoop etc
• Understand how various systems work on cloud
• Understand how IT operations are managed
• Design branching strategies for source control including SVN GIT Bitbucket
• Evaluating implementing and streamlining DevOps practices.
• Good communication and presentation skills.

• Capability Design highly available and fault tolerant architectures leveraging multi AZ auto healing and disaster recovery strategies.
• Capability to ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards through automated vulnerability detection patching and continuous security monitoring.
• Capability to Manage communication and deliverables from offshore team
• Capability to Assist the team in debugging & troubleshooting imperative and declarative scripts.
• Capability to Assist and support presales team in reviewing the DevOps solutions.
• Capability to identify software packages and solutions that could meet client solution requirements and develop requests for proposal (RFPs) from these vendors. Assist clients in the evaluation of the resulting proposals including the package capabilities and fit to the requirements (business and technology) vendor proposals for pricing and support.
• Capability to design and developed GenAI infused DevOps framework.

To qualify for the role you must have

• 12 Years of experience and strong working experience in Cloud and DevOps transformation projects.
• Directing and executing change programmes with a DevOps transition.
• Defining change management strategy with the understanding of business drivers and strategic objectives organizational behaviours processes and approaches.
• Stakeholder management with the ability to operate and manage expectations on a senior management/executive level.
• Tailoring the DevSecOps approaches based on the industry current maturity and organizational set-up and expected pace of transition.
• Advanced level of Kubernetes and AWS cloud platform knowledge.
• Architecting end-to-end CI/CD Solution for automating software delivery for various clients in on-prem and Cloud.
• Designing IAC automation with end-to-end DevOps Solution for automating cloud Infra deployment & migration.
• Evaluating and improving business processes and business change management processes.
• Experience & exposure to AWS Cloud
• Design and implement AWS cloud security controls framework
• Design and implement AWS cloud observability & resilience framework
• Setting up DevOps dashboards using tools like AWS Cloud watch Hygiea Grafana and Kibana.
• Scripting knowledge using Python/Groovy/PowerShell
• Working experience in Docker & Kubernetes (EKS)
• Must be good in IaC tools Terraform or Cloud Formation
• Must be good in Config Mgmt. tools like Ansible or Chef or Puppet

What we look for

• Has successfully demonstrated CI/CD Automation skills and technologies during many relevant projects
• Strong experience in the use of DevOps Tools and technologies including container technologies.
• Proven experience in Infrastructure Automation (IAC Tools Config Mgmt. Tool) and experience in Application Automation (Jenkins or CloudBees CI/CD or AWS DevOps)
• Advanced level of Docker and Kubernetes knowledge to manage production grade cluster
• Working experience in AWS and knowledge in cloud Architecture strategy.
• Good Exposure in Cloud and Container Monitoring and logging and troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of AWS Cloud related concepts and technologies and maintains an in-depth knowledge of the area
