Culinary Services Director

Claiborne Senior Living is seeking an experienced and people-focused Culinary Services Director ) to lead all aspects of our dining services operation. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for delivering high-quality nutritious meals while fostering a clean safe and welcoming dining experience for our residents.

This role is ideal for a leader who takes ownership of outcomes acts with integrity remains focused on quality and consistency and believes that our culture truly matters.

What Youll Do

• Oversee all dining services operations including food quality service sanitation and safety

• Develop and implement menus that meet residents nutritional needs preferences and special diets

• Ensure compliance with all state and federal food service sanitation and safety regulations

• Recruit train schedule and supervise dining services team members

• Manage food and supply inventory while adhering to budget guidelines

• Maintain clean organized and welcoming dining areas and kitchen spaces

• Partner with the Activities team to plan special events and themed meals

• Communicate effectively with residents families and team members to address feedback and concerns

• Monitor resident satisfaction and implement improvements as needed

• Drive continuous improvement in service standards presentation and overall dining experience

What Were Looking For

• 35 years of management experience in food service hospitality senior living or healthcare

• Proven ability to lead teams and deliver excellent customer service

• Knowledge of nutritional guidelines special diets and food service best practices

• Strong organizational communication and leadership skills

• Ability to remain focused and adaptable in a fast-paced environment

• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed

• ServSafe certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days of hire)
