Job Summary
In this Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Engage and direct hourly employees to ensure work is completed safely accurately and on time.
- Provide clear feedback to reinforce successes and offer coaching when improvement is needed.
- Assist in training team members to ensure they understand processes expectations and work standards.
- Monitor balance and adjust daily workflow among work areas to meet operational goals.
- Audit work for 100% accuracy and ensure any discrepancies are corrected prior to completion.
- Ensure successful completion of order picking order packing and stock replenishment activities.
- Perform varied tasks requiring independent judgment and the ability to apply knowledge to a wide range of situations.

For This Role You Will Need:
- At least two (2) years of experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and maintain a goaloriented approach.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively and fairly within a team environment.
- Willingness to learn PC skills and software tools needed for the role.
- Ability to instruct and guide a small group of employees performing varied tasks.
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive environment where all employees can succeed.
- Strong problemsolving skills and willingness to hold yourself and others accountable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to successfully complete required equipment training including forklift stock picker and reach truck.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with tools available for heavier items.
Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours per day.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
- Previous leadership experience.
Working knowledge of JDE.
