Qualifications
7 years of leadership experience in healthcare accounts receivable
Skilled nursing billing and reimbursement expertise required
Strong knowledge of Medicare Medicaid and managed care reimbursement
Experience managing AR teams across multiple facilities
Proven ability to reduce AR days and improve collections performance
Responsibilities
Oversee accounts receivable operations across the skilled nursing portfolio
Monitor AR metrics including aging collections and reimbursement trends
Lead AR teams and implement process improvements
Ensure compliance with billing and reimbursement regulations
Partner with finance and executive leadership to improve financial outcomes
