Sanibel Causeway Toll Paid for All Shifts
We have an opportunity for a Market Cafe Attendant to join our team at the Sanibel Island Beach Resort! A beloved boutique hotel on the edge of the Gulf of Mexico Sanibel Island Beach Resort wraps guests in a warm embrace of Old Florida Charm. We offer our Market Cafe Attendants a positive team-oriented work environment with benefits that include Sanbiel Causeway Tolls that are paid for all shifts hotel room discounts free parking and an employee meal per shift.
Our Market Cafe Attendant ensures a memorable guest experience by preparing and serving beverages and snacks and by stocking and maintaining our coffee bar. This position pays an hourly rate plus tips. Full-time part-time or seasonal opportunities available.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and take food & beverage orders
- Prepare/serve beverages and food in accordance with established service standards
- Complete cash credit and room charge transactions and maintain an accurate bank at all times
- Set-up stock and break-down coffee bar
- Maintain cleanliness of coffee bar area
Qualifications:
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including holidays and weekends.
- High School Diploma/GED a plus but not required
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
