Job Summary
Position: Transport Coordinator
Location: Doha Qatar
We are hiring a Transport Coordinator to manage daily fleet operations driver coordination and vehicle maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage vehicle schedules and driver assignments
- Monitor fleet usage GPS tracking and fuel consumption
- Ensure timely vehicle maintenance and compliance
- Coordinate with operations for transport requirements
- Maintain records and prepare fleet performance reports
Requirements:
- Diploma / Bachelors in Logistics Transportation or related field
- 25 years of experience in fleet or transport coordination
- Valid driving license
- Knowledge of GPS tracking and fleet systems
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools
Skills:
- Strong coordination and organizational skills
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance
