Role Overview

As an E-Commerce Customer Specialist you will assist customers with inquiries related to online orders products payments deliveries and returns. Your work will help ensure a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience while upholding high customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Support: Assist customers via phone chat or email with questions about orders products payments shipping and returns.

  • Order Guidance: Help customers navigate the purchasing process including placing orders tracking deliveries and providing post-purchase support.

  • Issue Resolution: Address customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive and professional approach.

  • Product Advice: Provide clear and accurate information on product features availability and promotions.

  • Case Management: Escalate complex issues when necessary and ensure proper follow-up until resolution.

  • Customer Experience: Deliver friendly empathetic service that builds trust and encourages customer loyalty.

  • Process Adherence: Follow company policies and service standards to ensure consistent high-quality support.

Qualifications
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in Polish (C1/C2) and English (B2)
  • Experience: 0-1 year of experience in content moderation or a related analytical role
  • Skills: Strong communication analytical mindset and client-support ability
  • Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency
