What youll do:

Manage and grow a portfolio of business clients in the digital space
Advise clients on how to improve their online advertising performance
Identify sales opportunities and upsell marketing solutions
Analyze campaign results and provide strategic recommendations
Work closely with clients to maximize their return on investment
Be part of a high-impact team shaping how businesses grow online

Requirements:

Dutch C2 (fluent) is mandatory
English level B2 or higher
Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales (Marketing is a plus)
Strong communication skills
Must already be based in Berlin

Compensation package:

Base salary: 2750/month
- Language bonus: 300/month
Performance bonus: up to 687.50/month

Work model: On-site in Berlin
