Business Development Representative German-English Kraków Hybrid Role

Looking for a role where you can combine your sales skills with international experience Join a dynamic team in Kraków and work with leading cloud-based technology solutions.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Building long-term client relationships as a trusted advisor

  • Identifying developing and nurturing new sales opportunities

  • Leading conversations with clients negotiating and closing deals confidently

  • Managing a healthy sales pipeline to achieve ambitious targets

  • Collaborating across teams to address business and technology needs

  • Staying informed about trends in cloud technology and industry developments

Who were looking for:

  • German (C1/B2) & English (B2) proficiency

  • 1 year of demonstrated sales experience in B2B or B2C

  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills

  • Hands-on experience in prospecting account management and closing deals

  • Understanding of cloud-based technologies is a plus

  • A proactive solution-driven approach to challenges
