Job Summary

Business Development Representative (German-English) Hybrid Kraków Poland

Are you ready to take your sales career to an international level Join a fast-paced collaborative team in Kraków Poland and help businesses grow through innovative cloud-based solutions.

What youll be doing:

  • Develop and maintain trusted relationships with clients across diverse industries

  • Identify new sales opportunities while managing and growing existing accounts

  • Lead consultative sales conversations handle objections and close deals

  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline to consistently meet targets

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex business technology challenges

  • Keep up with industry trends and cloud solution innovations

What were looking for:

  • Fluent in German (B2/C1) & English (B2)

  • Minimum 1 year of B2B or B2C sales experience

  • Strong communication negotiation and problem-solving skills

  • Experience in account development prospecting and closing deals

  • Interest or basic understanding of cloud-based technologies

  • Solution-oriented and proactive mindset
