Candiate Profile:

Experience in Customer support Back office support Inside sales Sales Support Market Support.

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

Connecting with prospective architects & Interior designers on behalf of clients from the building material industry.
Scheduling appointments for clients with designers regularly.
Online research on construction projects
Research on ongoing or upcoming projects along with the concerned Architect & other stakeholders
Preparing reports & sharing research data with team members
Updating CRM & Data sheets from time to time.
Ensuring completion of daily weekly & monthly researching targets
Building designers & other construction professionals database
Online research across Residential Commercial Hospitality Malls Retail Projects
Mapping of Construction professionals.
Following set processes of fetching meetings maintaining client worksheets etc
Participating in onboarding sessions review meets
Following up with architects & designers for inquiries.
Directly interacting with Clients from different building material industries like Marblestones furniture lights home automation etc.
