Job Summary
Team Lead AIT - Satellite
Location: Athens Greece (Primary) or Valencia Spain
Salary: 70k 85k
Work Model: On-site (5 days/week)

The Mission
Join a fast-growing satellite manufacturer to lead the industrialization and ramp-up of spacecraft manufacturing operations. As the Team Lead for Assembly Integration and Testing (AIT) you will play a critical role in bringing sophisticated satellite products from the drawing board to successful deployment.
What Youll Do

Lead the Team: Oversee AIT engineering operations ensuring high standards of assembly and integration.

Drive Industrialization: Manage the technical aspects of satellite production during a period of rapid growth.

Technical Oversight: Apply deep domain knowledge to solve complex integration challenges in a hands-on leadership capacity.
Must-Have Criteria

Space Pedigree: At least 10 years of experience specifically within the Space industry working on satellites or other space products.
- Regional Expertise:

For Greece: Mandatory strong knowledge of Radio Frequency (RF).

For Spain: Mandatory strong knowledge of Signal Intelligence (SIGINT).

Leadership History: Proven experience as an AIT Lead Senior AIT Engineer or in high-level Production/Manufacturing roles.
- Languages: Fluent English is required; Greek or Spanish is a definite plus depending on the location.
