Salary: 90k 110k
Work Model: On-site 5 days a week (Possible 1 day remote)

The Mission
We are seeking a high-caliber Head of MAITE to join a fast-growing satellite manufacturer in Valencia. This is a pivotal leadership role focused on driving the industrialization and ramp-up of spacecraft manufacturing operations. You will be responsible for leading the transition from complex designs to scalable production.
What Youll Do

Lead Operations: Oversee the entire Manufacturing Assembly Integration and Testing (MAITE) lifecycle for advanced satellite systems.

Industrialize: Drive the strategy for scaling up production and optimizing manufacturing workflows.

Team Leadership: Provide extensive leadership for AIT projects managing technical teams in a fast-paced environment.

Technical Excellence: Utilize your hands-on technical background to ensure mission success and high-quality spacecraft output.
Must-Have Criteria

Space Industry Expertise: You must have a strong background in the Space industry ideally specifically with Satellites.

Senior Experience: A minimum of 15 years of professional experience.

Core Competencies: Extensive experience in AIT Assembly or Production/Manufacturing within the Space sector.

Leadership Track Record: Proven experience leading complex space projects (Head of or Lead roles).

Technical Skillset: Career-long hands-on technical roles with knowledge of Signal Intelligence (SIGINT) being a significant advantage.

Citizenship: EU citizenship is preferred to facilitate security clearance checks.
