What to Expect:
The Key Account Manager is responsible for overseeing national sales activities for assigned Key Accounts focusing on sales and promotion planning forecasting budgeting and optimizing trade spending. This role also involves securing new product listings conducting competitive product analyses participating in industry-specific trade shows and maintaining communication with key accounts and Health Food Stores Territory Managers. Additionally the Key Account Manager will work closely in the field with the Health Food Stores Territory Managers fostering strong relationships to drive sustainable and profitable sales growth. This position is a new vacancy.

A day in the life:
Develop and implement strategic Account Business Plans forecasts and budgets to optimize trade spending through effective analysis of chain and store-level data
Manage assigned Key Accounts utilizing customer portals for new listings and ensuring brand presence in planograms while collaborating with Health Food Stores Territory Managers
Negotiate chain-level activities and purchases leveraging available tools for value-based selling and identifying quantified sales opportunities through customer mapping
Adapt to various social styles for mutually beneficial outcomes ensuring adherence to company policies financial compliance and Good Manufacturing Practices


Role Requirements
Minimum 3 years of successful sales or related business experience preferably in the Specialty Vitamin Minerals and Supplement (SVMHS) Industries
Experience working with Health Food Store Accounts and Food Drug Mass chains
Background in health and wellness nutrition or supplements is an asset
Managing trade or Co-op spend experience is required
Proficient with MS Word Excel and PowerPoint
Valid full drivers license and safe driving record is required
Post secondary education in Business any related field or equivalent experience
Demonstrated ability to use scientific or clinical information effectively to support the use of Nestle Health Science Specialty Vitamin Minerals and Supplement (SVMHS) products.
Effective communication negotiation and strong leadership skills are required to express analytics and deliver presentations to various levels within the organization and externally to customers.
Demonstrates creativity and possesses an entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive results-driven attitude
