About the Role
Join a dynamic B2B sales team supporting cloud-based technology clients. As a Business Development Representative youll help customers find the right solutions while building long-term relationships.
You will:
- Prospect develop accounts and close deals with small to medium businesses and C-Level contacts
- Handle objections negotiate and recommend solutions to maximize customer satisfaction and revenue
- Build a healthy sales pipeline to achieve targets and performance goals
- Collaborate with a cross-functional team to identify and solve business technology needs
- Stay informed about trends in technology and the industry
Requirements

Fluent in German (B2/C1) and English (B2)

Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience

Experience negotiating and closing deals

Solution-oriented mindset able to resolve issues independently

Eligible to relocate to Krakow
Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: 11000 PLN gross/month
- Quarterly Bonus: Starting at 5000 PLN gross if 100% of target achieved increases with performance
- Relocation Support: 2600 PLN gross one-time reimbursement after relocation
