Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven German-Speaking Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing this role you will be responsible for identifying and generating new B2B business opportunities within the German-speaking market. You will play a key part in driving revenue growth by engaging potential clients qualifying leads and setting up meetings for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and prospect new B2B clients in German-speaking markets (DACH region).

  • Conduct outbound outreach via phone email LinkedIn and other channels.

  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads according to defined criteria.

  • Schedule meetings and product demos for Account Executives.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.

  • Maintain accurate records of activities and pipeline in CRM.

  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead generation strategies.

  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly KPIs.

Requirements

  • Fluent German (C1 or native level) and professional English proficiency.

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B sales business development or lead generation.

  • Proven experience with outbound prospecting and cold calling.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • Target-driven mindset with a hunter mentality.

  • Experience using CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot) is a plus.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
