Job Summary
Overview
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Luxury Destination Specialist to curate high-end bespoke travel experiences for discerning clients. This role is ideal for someone with a deep knowledge of luxury destinations premium travel services and a passion for delivering exceptional white-glove service.
As a Luxury Destination Specialist you will design personalized itineraries featuring exclusive resorts private villas first-class flights VIP experiences and unique cultural encounters. You will act as a trusted advisor ensuring every aspect of your clients journey exceeds expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Consult with high-end clients to understand travel preferences lifestyle and expectations
- Design customized luxury travel itineraries (honeymoons private retreats VIP getaways group travel)
- Recommend and book luxury accommodations private transportation and curated experiences
- Coordinate premium services such as private guides yacht charters and concierge-level amenities
- Maintain relationships with luxury travel suppliers hotels and destination partners
- Stay updated on luxury travel trends exclusive openings and high-end experiences
- Handle special requests upgrades and last-minute changes with discretion and efficiency
- Provide exceptional pre-travel and in-travel support
- Ensure a seamless stress-free client experience from start to finish
Qualifications
- Passion for luxury travel and high-end customer service
- Previous experience in travel hospitality or luxury sales preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of professionalism and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients
- Knowledge of global luxury destinations and cultures
- Proficiency with booking tools and CRM systems is a plus
