This role involves remote diagnostics maintenance coordination and customer support to resolve technical problems efficiently.
The ideal candidate is technically skilled customer-focused and capable of managing service tasks independently in a remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues remotely across systems devices or platforms
Provide timely support and resolution for service tickets and customer requests
Monitor system performance and identify potential issues before they escalate
Coordinate with field technicians or on-site teams when physical intervention is required
Maintain accurate service logs reports and documentation
Perform routine system checks updates and preventive maintenance activities
Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to ensure service satisfaction
Follow established procedures safety guidelines and quality standards
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or Associate degree in a technical field (IT electronics or related discipline preferred)
2 years of experience in technical support service technician or maintenance roles
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Basic knowledge of hardware software networking or industrial systems
Proficiency with remote diagnostic tools and service management platforms
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple service requests
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (valid work permit required)
Preferred Qualifications
Certifications such as CompTIA A Network or similar technical credentials
Experience with CRM or ticketing systems (ServiceNow Zendesk etc.)
Familiarity with remote monitoring and maintenance tools
Prior experience working in a remote or distributed team environment
