Great challenge for professionals - A unique opportunity for professionals with a passion for payment cards. Not only will you be responsible for the comprehensive card strategy of an established Central European brand but youll also help define develop and launch a brand-new project in the CEE region. Youll have the chance to build something entirely new while drawing on the expertise of colleagues from a wide range of fields.
Your future challenges:
Owning the cards product end-to-end fromimprovingthecurrentportfoliotolaunchingnewproductsinnewmarkets (industriescountries)andmakingsuretheyactuallyperform(usagerevenuecustomeradoption).
Using customer insights data and market research to understand what problems to solve and where the opportunity is.
DecidingwhattobuildnextprioritizingfeaturesthatbringthebiggestimpactandworkingcloselywithEngineeringondelivery.
ShippingnewinitiativestogetherwithProductAnalystspartnersandexternalprovidersfromideatoliveproduct.
Teamingupacrossthecompanytocreatesimplereliablecardexperiencesthatpeopleactuallywanttouse.

Job requirements
2 years of experience in a Product Manager or Product Owner role with a proven ability to deliver impactful products.
Experience in Cards & Payments (issuing acquiring or card lifecycle) fintech background is a strong plus.
High product and technical knowledge and experience with main Card schemes domestic and international payment channels and third-party providers.
Solid understanding of how card payments work end-to-end (card schemes payment flows integrations with third-party providers).
Ability to work with data customer insights and market context to make informed product decisions.
Hands-on experience with defining product requirements writing user stories and working closely with Engineering on delivery.
Strong prioritization and ownership you know how to focus on what matters and get things done.
Good overview of industry trends and the ability to translate them into product opportunities.
Professional working proficiency in English (B2).
Based in or willing to work in a hybrid setup in Prague or Warsaw.
