Twisto a Param Company is a modern financial services provider operating across Central and Eastern Europe. Through our app customers gain full control over their payments - they can defer or split purchases share expenses pay invoices or shop using virtual and physical cards. Great challenge for professionals - A unique opportunity for professionals with a passion for payment cards. Not only will you be responsible for the comprehensive card strategy of an established Central European brand but youll also help define develop and launch a brand-new project in the CEE region. Youll have the chance to build something entirely new while drawing on the expertise of colleagues from a wide range of fields.

Your future challenges:

Taking care of the current cards portfolio and developing brand new products for many markets (industries countries).
Leading the discovery process to fully understand customer needs problems and pain points and investigating and researching market opportunities and industry trends.
Prioritizing product features to optimize development resources and guide Engineering Managers for sprint planning.
Preparing new initiatives in cooperation with a Product Analyst Solution Architect solution providers and third parties.
Ensuring that the product delivers a remarkable user experience and satisfaction by collaborating with many teammates from almost all the teams.

Job requirements

2 years of experience as a Product Manager or a Product Owner.
Proven track record in the Cards and Payments industry - Fintech as an advantage.
High product and technical knowledge and experience with main Card schemes domestic and international payment channels and third-party providers.
Good understanding of industry standards and market trends.
Experience in developing functional and technical requirements / describing user stories and acceptance criteria.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
English at a min. B2 level.
Work in a hybrid model in Prague or Warsaw.
