We are hiring for our client a global professional services firm who are seeking to appoint a Finance Manager to join their high-performing Dublin office.
This Finance Manager role offers a unique opportunity to operate in a commercially focused international environment where collaboration innovation and continuous development are at the forefront. The successful Finance Manager will work closely with senior stakeholders driving financial performance ensuring robust financial control and supporting strategic decision-making across the business.

The Role:
Act as a key Finance Business Partner to senior stakeholders supporting commercial decision-making and financial performance
Drive improvements in billing profitability working capital and financial efficiency
Lead budgeting forecasting and financial planning processes
Oversee financial control ensuring compliance with regulatory and reporting requirements
Manage financial reporting statutory accounts and liaison with auditors and advisors
Monitor and improve financial hygiene metrics including WIP debt and cash collection
Prepare and review business cases for strategic initiatives and senior hires
Manage cash flow treasury and banking relationships
Collaborate cross-functionally with HR Strategy BD and other support functions
Lead develop and mentor the local finance team
Continuously review and improve financial processes and controls
The Person:
Qualified accountant (ACA ACCA CIMA or equivalent)
Strong experience in a Finance Manager or similar leadership role
Proven ability to business partner with senior stakeholders
Strong commercial acumen and analytical capability
Experience within professional services or a complex matrix environment is advantageous
Strong understanding of financial control compliance and reporting
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced collaborative environment
