Are you a passionate leader with a flair for hospitality and a dedication to delivering exceptional dining experiences Foxhills Collection is currently seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to help lead the front of house service of Flos our bright deli serving dishes of an Aussie influence perfect for a coffee or bite to eat in close proximity to all our family play spaces.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Food & Beverage Manager in overseeing all aspects of the restaurant operations including staff management customer service and financial performance
- Train mentor and motivate restaurant staff to ensure exceptional service delivery and adherence to company standards
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service flow and timely delivery of food and beverages
- Handle guest inquiries feedback and complaints in a professional and proactive manner
- Monitor inventory levels order supplies and manage restaurant budgets and expenses
- Assist in developing and implementing strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and increase revenue
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant industry
- Strong leadership communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations including food safety and hygiene standards
- Flexibility to work shifts including evenings weekends and holidays
