Job Summary
As a (Junior)Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Manager (m/f/d) you will be part of our Product & Optimization team and work alongside other senior CRO Product and Digital Marketing Specialists. You will take ownership of driving measurable improvements across different markets that we operate around the globe. This is your chance to work in a dynamic collaborative environment with high autonomy and exposure to diverse products and countries.
Your responsibilities
- Own optimize and personalize the digital experience to drive measurable increases in conversion rates across the digital journey
- Set up and run A/B tests in collaboration with our IT team for more complex implementations communicate test results and insights to Marketing and Country teams
- Work alongside UI/UX specialists content strategists developers and analysts to identify map and resolve user pain points across the digital journey.
- Track and improve team KPIs and consumer engagement with global digital products
Your profile
- 1-3 years of experience in Conversion Rate Optimization
- Hands-on expertise with A/B testing tools such as VWO Optimizely (preferred) AB Tasty Hotjar Clarity etc.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- A data-driven mindset
