Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced ETL Test Lead with 78 years of experience in Data Warehouse and ETL testing. The candidate will lead ETL testing activities and ensure data accuracy completeness and integrity across data pipelines. The role involves working with data engineers developers and business stakeholders to validate large-scale data transformations and integrations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead ETL/Data Warehouse testing projects and manage a team of testers. Analyze business requirements source-to-target mappings and ETL design documents. Design and develop ETL test strategies test plans and test cases. Validate data extraction transformation and loading processes. Perform data validation reconciliation and quality checks. Write and execute SQL queries for backend testing. Conduct end-to-end data flow validation from source to target systems. Track defects coordinate test execution and report status. Collaborate with teams to resolve defects. Implement test automation for ETL pipelines where applicable. Ensure compliance with data governance and quality standards.

Required Skills

Strong experience in ETL and Data Warehouse testing. Hands-on SQL and database validation skills. Understanding of Data Warehousing concepts such as ETL Star Schema Fact and Dimension tables. Experience with test management and defect tracking tools like Jira and HP ALM. Experience in Agile/Scrum environments. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have

Experience with Big Data and Cloud platforms like Snowflake Amazon Redshift or Google BigQuery. Knowledge of ETL test automation tools. Python scripting for data validation. Exposure to CI/CD pipelines.
