What youll be doing
- Present and visualize data in an accessible userfriendly way that supports inclusive and informed decisionmaking across the organization.
- Design and build dashboards visualizations and reports using data extracted from SAP BI Ariba and other platforms.
- Prepare recurring procurement performance reports and ensure data sources are identified and processed accurately.
- Develop queries analyze datasets and maintain databases to ensure high data quality and usability.
- Create documentation including process descriptions data models analysis summaries and user guides.
- Provide effective support and training for report users including users of the Sievo reporting tool.
- Support stakeholders through the Sievo ticketing system with a solutionoriented mindset.
What were looking for
- Higher education in economics computer science engineering mathematics or a related field or equivalent practical experience.
- 12 years of experience in data analytics; experience in Procurement or Supply Chain is a plus.
- Fluent English (written and spoken); other languages are welcome.
- Solid analytical skills and the ability to work with complex datasets to extract meaningful insights.
- Curiosity willingness to learn and openness to working in a multicultural and collaborative environment.
- Clear and inclusive communication and presentation skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering highquality work.
- Problem-solving mindset and willingness to continuously improve processes.
- Ability to collaborate across cultures build positive relationships and support a respectful team environment.
- Experience with analytics tools such as Excel Power Query Power BI or Sievo (or motivation to learn them).
