Senior Analyst, AI Enablement

As a Senior Analyst on the AI Enablement team you will be a key implementer of our AI security automation strategy. You will be responsible for the hands-on development of bespoke AI models and agents that solve critical challenges for the Information Security organization. This role involves working with cutting-edge tools to engineer AI solutions leading technical implementation and mentoring junior team members.

What you will be doing:

• Lead the hands-on development forAI Agent Construction building and maintaining specialized agents for tasks like automated alert triage.
• Implement and document processes forCustom Model Training including data preparation fine-tuning and evaluation of AI models tailored to specific InfoSec needs.
• Build the technical framework for integrating our AI tools with other security platforms by utilizing theAPIs of SIEM SOAR and EDR systems.
• Lead the lifecycle ownership for specific AI agents and tools ensuring they are delivered and maintained as functional and reliable solutions for internal InfoSec teams.
• Act as a key resource and point of escalation for complex technical challenges related to model development and agent behavior.
• Mentor junior analystsconduct code reviews and promote engineering best practices within the team.

What do you bring with you:

• Strong hands-on experience as a machine learning engineer data scientist or software developer with a focus on AI.
• Proficiency with ML development tools (e.g. Vertex AI open-source ML frameworks) and modern software development practices.
• Experience with scripting and automation (e.g. Python Bash).
• Knowledge of how tosource clean and prepare data for model training and evaluation.
• Familiarity with integrating systems via APIs particularly for security tools like SIEM SOAR or EDR.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to independently drive technical projects from concept to completion.
• Desirable: Experience with MLOps and CI/CD tools (e.g. GitHub Actions Cloud Build).
