Were looking for a Workplace Investigation Specialist who can confidently manage fair thorough and empathetic investigations into workplace conduct issues. You will shape investigation standards strengthen our controls and protocols ensuring a fair process and stronger risk culture across the firm.

Youll be part of our highly collaborative agile team with strong expertise and a strong commitment to continuous learning. No two days are the same and youll be challenged to think creatively solve complex problems and embrace a growth mindset.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Workplace Investigations:
    • Conduct fair thorough and neutral investigations into complex workplace issues.
    • Handle sensitive allegations relating to discrimination harassment bullying retaliation and misconduct.
    • Deliver clear factbased investigation reports with actionable recommendations.
    • Maintain accurate documentation and timely case progression.

  • Strengthen Governance & Risk Controls:
    • Develop and shape Singapores investigation protocols ensuring consistently high standards policy alignment and procedural fairness.
    • Identify trends emerging risks and areas for additional guidance or policy enhancement.
    • Recommend and implement preventive controls and procedural improvements.
    • Conduct trainings for EY personnel

  • Stakeholder Engagement
    • Build trusted relationships with Service Line leaders Talent Legal Risk Management teams.
    • Prepare reports and updates for leadership on case trends and key risks.
    • Support and consult on cross-border investigations as needed.

Skills & Attributes for Success

  • Minimum 5 years experience conducting workplace or employee relations investigations.
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore employment law disciplinary procedures and data protection regulations is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication case documentation and report writing skills.
  • High emotional intelligence able to navigate sensitive issues and complex stakeholder dynamics.
  • Strong critical thinking problem-solving mindset and comfort with ambiguity.
  • Undergraduate degree in HR Psychology Business Law or related fields.
