HR Operations Coordinator

is looking for anHR Operations Coordinatorto support the day-to-day execution of our HR processes.
This is ahands-on detail-driven rolefocused on onboarding recruiting coordination and benefits administration. Youll help ensure our employees and leaders have a smooth consistent experience across every HR touchpoint.

Key Responsibilities
Recruiting & Hiring Coordination
- Post job openings on platforms (Indeed LinkedIn etc.)
- Manage applicant tracking and candidate pipelines
- Screen resumes for basic qualifications
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Maintain accurate and updated job descriptions
Onboarding & New Hire Administration
- Prepare and send offer letters
- Coordinate background checks and pre-employment steps
- Complete onboarding paperwork (I-9 W-4 new hire docs)
- Ensure Day 1 readiness (system access payroll setup communication)
- Track and execute onboarding checklists
Benefits Administration
- Support open enrollment and benefits communication
- Assist employees with benefits-related questions
- Coordinate with brokers and internal teams
- Track enrollments changes and deadlines
- Ensure 100% completion of elections and waivers
HR & Payroll Administration
- Maintain employee records and HRIS accuracy
- Process employee status changes (hires terminations updates)
- Support payroll coordination usingNetchex
- Ensure compliance documentation is complete and organized
Qualifications
- 13 years of experience inHR coordination HR administration or recruiting support
- Experience withHRIS ATS systems or payroll platforms (Netchex preferred)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Experience
- Experience supportingonboarding and benefits administration
- Familiarity withemployment documentation (I-9 W-4 compliance)
- Experience working withhigh-volume hiring or operations teams

- Interviews are scheduled quickly and efficiently
- New hires are fully prepared before Day 1
- Benefits enrollment is completed without errors or delays
- HR data is accurate and audit-ready
