Lutesville Ford is looking for an experienced Automotive Service Advisor who understands dealership service operations and takes pride in providing excellent customer service. Ford dealership experience is highly valued.

We are a family-owned Ford dealership serving Southeast Missouri since 1935 and our service department continues to grow due to strong customer relationships and an excellent local reputation. Our service department maintains strong daily traffic and a loyal customer base providing advisors with consistent opportunities. This position is ideal for a professional advisor who already understands dealership service operations and wants to work in a stable well-run environment with strong customer loyalty.

What Youll Do

Serve as the primary contact between customers and the service department

Advise customers on recommended maintenance and necessary repairs

Prepare and manage repair orders accurately and efficiently

Communicate clearly with technicians regarding diagnosis and repairs

Provide status updates and repair explanations to customers

Schedule service appointments and manage workflow

Maintain strong customer satisfaction and long-term relationships

Work closely with technicians parts personnel and management to ensure efficient repairs

What Were Looking For

A desire to serve others

Previous dealership Service Advisor experience strongly preferred

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced service environment

Good understanding of automotive maintenance and repair terminology

Organized dependable and detail-oriented

Professional appearance and positive attitude

Valid drivers license
