Under the direction of our education department Registered Nurse preceptors and nursing leaders as New Graduate RN you will be supported with immense learning opportunities in a supportive setting transitioning from academic learning to practice hand-on experience. As a new graduate you will spend 12-16 weeks in orientation before transitioning into a RN position. Additionally you will be part of our state recognized quality-focused Nurse Residency program in your first year as a new nurse.
How youll contribute
ARegistered Nurse (RN) who excels in this role:
Provides direct patient care in an acute care setting using the nursing process in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice.
Develops nursing care plan in coordination with patient family and interdisciplinary staff as necessary.
Communicates changes in patients clinical condition with Physicians Nursing Supervisor/Manager and co-workers as appropriate.
Participates in discharges planning process.

What were looking for
Applicants should have a current Arizona or Compact State RN license and possess an Associates Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited nursing school. Additional requirements include:
Bachelor of Science (BSN) preferred
Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire
