Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop robust scalable Power Apps and SharePoint Online solutions using the SharePoint Framework (SPFx) and other modern development practices.
Lead the technical design sessions architecting solutions that fulfill business requirements while aligning with EYs technology standards and best practices.
Develop custom web parts extensions and applications using SPFx React TypeScript HTML CSS and other modern web technologies.
Implement complex workflows and business processes using Power Automate and integrate them with Power Apps and SharePoint Online.
Ensure seamless integration of Power Apps and SharePoint solutions with other Microsoft 365 services and third-party systems.
Conduct code reviews enforce coding standards and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Provide expert guidance and support to project teams stakeholders and end-users including documentation training and troubleshooting.
Stay abreast of the latest developments in Microsoft 365 Power Platform and SharePoint technologies to drive innovation and thought leadership within EY.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in SharePoint development including experience with SharePoint Online and SPFx.
Strong experience with Power Apps Power Automate and the broader Power Platform.
Proficiency in web development technologies including React TypeScript HTML CSS and JavaScript.
Experience with Azure services REST APIs and external data sources integration.
Excellent problem-solving analytical and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced collaborative environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills:

Microsoft certifications in Power Platform and/or SharePoint.
Experience with Microsoft Graph API.
Knowledge of SharePoint PnP (Patterns and Practices).
Prior consulting experience or experience working in a professional services firm.
