What We Expect of You
- Australian Working Rights is essential.
- Valid Australia Drivers License.
- High school diploma or equivalent; or 1-year experience in welcome desk operations or related customer service area.
- Aproactive and upbeat demeanor that inspires excellence regardless of hour.

- Embody a polished professionalism with an audacious approach to creativity; and a playful individual who is passionate in creating memorable guest experiences.
A Glance at What You Will Do
- Greet and escort guests to rooms.
- Assist guest with valet service including safe parking and retrieving vehicles.
- Open doors and assist guests/visitors entering and leaving property.
- Inform guests of property amenities services and hours of operation and local areas of interest and activities.
- Escort and explain room features to guests (e.g. use of room key mini-bar in-room safe valet laundry services).
- Transport guest luggage to and from guest rooms and/or designated bell area.
- Assist with luggage storage and retrieval.
- Assist guests/visitors in and out of vehicles including assisting guests with loading/unloading luggage.
- Supply guests with directions. Arrange transportation (e.g. taxi cab shuttle bus limousine/sedan service) for guests/visitors and record advance transportation request as needed.
- Monitor and maintain safety security and cleanliness of parking areas and report any safety hazards unauthorized personnel or potential security problems.
- Communicate parking procedures to guests/visitors.
