As the first point of contact for visitors customers and internal staff youll ensure our frontofhouse experience is seamless welcoming and efficient. Alongside reception duties youll provide essential administrative support to the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a polished frontofhouse experience by managing reception services greeting visitors and assisting with customer enquiries.
- Take ownership of mail parcel distribution catering coordination and internal credit card invoice processing.
- Keep our reception meeting rooms and training spaces running smoothly through organised bookings signage and general presentation.
- Coordinate stationery (COS) supplies uniform orders and cleaning consumable stock to ensure the facility is always well equipped.
- Accurate receipt and distribution of courier deliveries.
- Manage contractors quotes inductions and work standards.
- Oversee tool store: tooling movements maintenance calibration and consumable stock.
- Manage facility compliance certifications and legal/commercial requirements.
- Raise purchase orders and process facility invoices.
- Handle Doxis processing and Chemalert updates including SDS reporting.
- Managing contractor registrations and inductions through WOL
What youll bring
- A friendly positive customer-focused approach with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise problemsolve and work independently.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and general computer systems
- A proactive can-do attitude and willingness to help others.
- A Certificate III in Business Administration or Finance or proven experience in a similar role.
