Your challenge

You operate at the crossroads of AI software engineering and infrastructure delivering solutions that create real value in complex environments.

In this role you will:

• Take end-to-end ownership of AI/ML projects from ideation and proof of concept to deployment and continuous improvement in production environments.
• Design and implement advanced solutions such as anomaly detection systems and intelligent data-driven applications.
• Develop and manage NLP and LLM-based solutions including conversational AI systems leveraging techniques such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Translate client and stakeholder needs into robust scalable AI architectures that integrate seamlessly into existing ecosystems.
• Ensure full observability of deployed models through logging traceability and performance monitoring.
• Deploy and manage solutions across cloud (Azure) and on-premise environments ensuring secure reliable and scalable infrastructure.
• Collaborate with data engineers software engineers IT teams and business stakeholders to drive projects forward and ensure successful delivery.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing best practices and continuous improvement within both project teams and the broader organization.

Your expertise

• Strong programming skills in Python JavaScript/TypeScript and Bash/Shell scripting.
• Solid experience in machine learning with knowledge of anomaly detection and hands-on expertise in NLP LLMs and RAG architectures.
• Experience with DevOps CI/CD and MLOps practices: Git GitHub Azure DevOps Docker Kubernetes and Helm.
• Proven ability to design and maintain MLOps pipelines and manage model lifecycles in production.
• Strong understanding of cloud and infrastructure environments (Azure Linux SSH HPC).
• Experience with data platforms and streaming technologies such as PostgreSQL MongoDB and Apache Kafka.
