We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Appointment Setter/Customer Service representative to join our team at FDR Financial this role you will be responsible for setting appointments with potential clients and providing excellent customer service.
Job Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to schedule appointments
- Provide information to clients about our financial services
- Answer incoming and assist with customer inquiries
- Update customer information in the database
- Follow up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
Essential Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Attention to detail
- Proficient in using CRM software
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service or sales
- Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
