Responsibilities include:
- Oversee and coordinate the care of our residents
- Auditing patient charts for compliance
- Attending IDT meetings
- Attending and preparing for compliance meetings
- On Call rotations
Qualifications include:
- Must have a RN (Registered Nurse) license in MO
- Pleasant attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Candidate must have excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Long term care experience preferred
- Able to Work Well With Others in a Team Environment
- Must be Organized able to multi-task and computer literate

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
Minimum requirements include the following:
- A nursing degree from an accredited college or university
- Current unencumbered nursing license in the state where practicing
- Minimum two (2) years of experience providing direct care in long-term care restorative or geriatric setting as an LPN or RN.
- Minimum (1) year of experience in nursing management.
- Current CPR Certification.
Must also meet state requirements for relevant licensures or certifications and have no disciplinary action in effect against professional license.
