YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- You will develop and lead the internal audit function of the SICK Group in accordance with international standards and best practices.
- You will create a group-wide risk assessment and connect risk management compliance and other governance functions.
- You will design risk-based audit plans and conduct internal audits to assess controls governance and risk management.
- You will report regularly to senior management the Executive Board and the Audit Committee on key developments and audit results.
- You will identify optimization potential and formulate recommendations to strengthen our governance and control systems.
- You will lead an international team of 48 employees and manage external service providers.
- You will implement modern audit tools and methodologies such as data analytics and continuous auditing.
- You will act as a sparring partner for management and governance functions fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
YOUR PROFILE
- A degree in business administration finance or a comparable qualification.
- More than ten years of relevant professional experience including at least five years in a leadership role in internal audit risk management finance or governance.
- A strong understanding of governance structures risk management and internal control systems.
- Strategic and analytical thinking combined with strong decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication skills and a confident presence at all management levels.
- High integrity confidentiality and the ability to act as a trusted point of contact.
- Willingness to travel regularly
