Job Summary
You will support daily operation including processing Material Master Data request in ERP. You will be responsible for process and system issue discovery resolution and reporting and data clean-up tied to issue resolution. You will report directly to Data Management Organization Lead
Key Responsibilities
You will need to be proficient at digesting and analyzing large amounts of data understanding the impact of the data and the best way to use the data.
Database skills Master users for projects. Data cleansing data validation testing and support go live for system implementation projects.
Liaise between DMO and IT COE consultants and the business.
We require you to have extensive system and business knowledge to bridge and support both functions.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree with minimum 3 years experience in Data Management.
Excellent writing and spoken English Mandarin
Strong Excel and ERP skillset (SAP / Oracle)
Work with large volumes of data; sort filter pivot summarize and error check.
Run basic queries over the data sets to extract information
Understand the underlying data structures and linkages within sub-set of data
Solid working knowledge of key policies and procedures
