What is your role
As aSwedishMarketing Specialist you are part of the Nordic Marketing Team. Together with your colleagues you will work on the marketing strategy and communication in the Nordic clusterand how that is executed in Sweden. Youassistin the development of communication tools and initiate marketing activities. You ensure that project deadlines are met inform internal stakeholders and work a lot with colleagues from Customer Service Assortment and Global Marketing among others.All ofthe above invery closecollaboration with the Swedish Sales team.
Your position isvery broadand varied. You work on campaigns are involved in customer communication - sometimes very ad hoc - and are involved in digital performance.
Whatdoyoudo
Developexecuteandevaluatemarketing initiatives
Work inveryclosecollaboration withthe Swedishsalesdepartmentregardingcampaigns on both tactical level as well ason strategic level.
Set up and execute variouscustomer communication projects.
Creating andoptimizingcontentfor ourwebshop among other things
Take part in the Nordic dialog on howto optimise marketing in both Sweden and across the Nordic Region
Recommendhow to spend the Swedish Marketing budget andmake sure we keep within the given budget
Follow and analyse trends and developmentsacross the industry
Your team
You will work in a team with a lot of cooperation. Where you always have someone to ask questions. The team includes 8 people who are placed in the four Nordic locations. This position will be placed in Lund.
Who are you
You are an enthusiastic colleague who likes to get involved in a constructive and creative way. You work in a planned and structured way with an eye for addition you can also switch quickly and take on ad hoc tasks never losing sight of the (high) quality. If you have experience in a Nordic set-up especially with Finland that will be a plus.
Minimumrequirements:
Bachelors degree in marketing and/or communication.
3years of experience as a marketer Preferable in B2B
hands-on experience with digital marketing systems such as CRM ContentManagementand e-mail automation
Solidcommunication skills (also in the English language).
