About the role
We provide support for MSSQL databases for clients across various industries such as automotive pharmaceuticals manufacturing and financial institutions.
Our team is formally divided into two addition to the junior team we also have a team of senior colleagues who work directly with the client and are always ready to help the junior team when needed. Each new colleague has a mentor during their first months in the team who helps onboard them and together they go through all the tools tasks and team-specific processes.

Daily challenges

• Processing automatically generated alerts from monitoring systems.
• Identifying the problem and executing commands that lead to its resolution.

eXperience and skills required

• Relevant expertise/experience in the field.
• Previous experience in database support will be considered an advantage.
• Certifications related to this field will be considered an advantage.
• Fluency in English.
• Willingness to work on shifts.
