We are seeking a highly motivated Structural/Civil Engineering Intern to join our team in McLean this role you will collaborate with a team of experts and work directly with our clients on some of North Americas most impactful projects.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

Assist in creating innovative plans designs calculations and cost estimates
Support problem-solving of complex engineering challenges with creative and practical solutions
Help develop technical specifications engineering reports and project documentation
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to gather and analyze project information
Participate in site inspections and perform additional duties as required

On top of that you will have:

Enrollment in a bachelors or masters degree program in Civil Engineering or a related field
Motivation to obtain Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification and interest in pursuing Professional Engineer (PE) licensure
A strong desire to learn and actively participate in professional development
Excellent attention to detail sound judgment and effective problem-solving skills
The ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment
Familiarity with civil engineering software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D or structural analysis tools
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word Excel and PowerPoint
