Job Summary

12 month DAOTO mobilised G5 Planner Post. Lead Project Officer responsible for ongoing development of Fd Armys Active Reserve Mobilisation Plan (ARMP) and supporting products and progress integration with pan-Army mobilisation plans.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead plan and execute post Pj HOLMES development of Fd Army ARMP and Reserve Mobilisation Directive (RMD) to enable mobilisation of Active Reserve support to warfighting.
2. Lead the ARMP working group. To include resourcing of SMEs from Fd Army branches Army Reserve representatives and key stakeholders; and coordination/chairperson for project battle rhythm events.
3. Plan and conduct wargame and TTX events to deep-dive and refine ARMP elements including lead customer management of Op Research consultant partners (VCL).
4. Contribute as ARMP SME to Pj HANUMAN change projects and support delivery of FdArmy Reserve Deployability WG improvement initiatives.
5. Support development of 4* coherence to Army Reserve force mobilisation (i.e. integration of ARMP and GENESIS) in line with StratCentre direction and through liaison with HQ SJC FORTITUDE campaign plan.
6. Lead FdArmy Reserve WARDEV including delivery of Ex LIONS RISE 2026 and support to Op FORCEFUL planning and advanced activity delivery through enabling coordination between the LOC & Fmn planning staffs.
7. Draft an Active Reserve Warfare Development pathway designed to Triple Lethality by 2030 through the exploitation and maximisation of Fd Army FPrep schedules and CapDev initiatives (e.g. RAPSTONE).

AUGMENTATION TO MISSION READINESS TRAINING CENTRE (MRTC) BASSINGBOURN

Army Reserve Mobilisation (DAOTO) for a variety of Pte/LCpl/Cpl posts to join the team at MRTC to support the provision of training (iMST and PDT) required for SQEP IAs (suitably qualified individuals) who attend MRTC in preparation for deployments on UK and overseas operations.
