Job Summary
Were Hiring: Team Leader Soft Services (Facility Management)
Location: Muscat Oman (Local and Overseas candidates are welcome to apply)
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Team Leader to oversee Soft Services operations and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness hygiene and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily soft service operations (housekeeping waste management janitorial services)
Lead train and motivate team members to achieve performance targets
Ensure compliance with health safety and quality standards
Conduct inspections and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to meet service expectations.
Requirements:
Proven experience in Facility Management or Soft Services
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Knowledge of HSE standards and cleaning best practices
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
