What youll do:

As a Solution Advisor Expert in Enterprise Performance Management within the APAC Office of CFO (oCFO) Black Belt team you will serve as the trusted domain authority and go-to expert for solution and product-related guidance across the sales organization. You will engage with prospective and existing customers through executive-level interactions discovery sessions solution demonstrations and strategic deal support helping customers realize and maximize measurable business value from SAP EPM solutions for their organization.

You will leverage deep functional industry and product expertise to support the full customer lifecyclefrom opportunity identification and qualification through deal closure and successful transition to deliverywhile scaling impact through enablement and collaboration across APAC regional and global teams.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Provide deep solution-specific expertise to support new sales expansion and adoption of SAP EPM solutions for strategic and priority customers
  • Deliver impactful executive-level sales presentations and solution demonstrations (standard and customized) that clearly articulate business value differentiate SAP and align with customer priorities and management visionespecially in planning consolidation and tax management
  • Conduct structured discovery sessions to understand customer business challenges finance transformation objectives and success criteria translating them into compelling solution narratives and proof points
  • Support strategic high-value deals by positioning SAP EPM solutions effectively and contributing to win strategies
  • Act as a domain expert and trusted advisor for SAP field teams serving as the go-to person for guidance on EPM consolidation and tax management solutions use cases and best practices
  • Shape value propositions that link planning consolidation and tax management capabilities to measurable outcomes (close-cycle reduction forecast accuracy scenario agility planning and tax management process standardization).
  • Orchestrate and execute tailored demos and POVs across EPM scenarios including: legal and management consolidation; intercompany matching and eliminations; multi-currency translation; ownership and methods non-controlling interests and consolidation of investments; group-level journals and reclassifications; matrix consolidations; disclosure-ready reporting; and integrated planning-to-report processes.
  • Guide customers on EPM roadmap and architecture including harmonization of actuals; consolidation and planning data models; governance and controls across entities and functions to enable xP&A; and integration with SAP S/4HANA Finance and enterprise data platforms.
  • Ensure smooth transition of customer engagements to implementation partners and SAP Services teams for successful delivery and value realization
  • Continue engaging customers post-sale to reinforce the SAP vision support adoption and build momentum toward renewals and expansion

What you bring:

  • 10 years of experience working within EPM solution domain including 5-6 years in SAP EPM solutions
  • Proven experience working with large enterprise and upper mid-market customers including executive-level stakeholders
  • Experience working across APAC markets with an understanding of cultural regulatory and business diversity across multiple countries
  • Advanced expertise (L3/L4 level) in SAP EPM including:
    • SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) for Planning (modelling data actions allocations predictive planning analytics).
    • SAP Profitability and Performance Management (PaPM) for driver-based costing profitability tax BEPS and Accounting Rules Engine.
    • Group financial consolidation and close domain expertise.
    • SAP S/4HANA Finance integration for actuals and planning alignment; Group Reporting alignment for consolidated planning and analysis.
    • SAP Datasphere and/or SAP BW/4HANA for planning data models integration and governance.
    • Cross-functional planning (xP&A) across finance sales supply chain and HR; scenario planning and what-if analysis.
    • Legacy-to-cloud planning modernization (e.g. BPC to SAC Planning) and best practices for process design data and governance.
  • Broad solution understanding of SAPs overall software portfolio and how Office of CFO and EPM solutions integrate into an end-to-end enterprise architecture
  • Hands-on consulting or implementation experience with the ability to translate delivery experience into credible value-based sales conversations considered a significant advantage
  • Proven ability to create compelling storylines themes and value-based narratives tailored to executive audiences
  • Ability to quickly understand customer business goals and ensure they remain central to recommended solutions and engagement strategies
  • Excellent communication presentation and organizational skills with confidence engaging senior executives
  • Ability to operate effectively in a complex matrixed and virtual team environment across regions
  • High levels of energy professionalism and passion in all customer interactions
  • Willingness to travel approximately 2050%
