Hiire is supporting a leading Portuguese technology company operating in a highly specialized and regulated sector recruiting an HR Professional to join its team.
Our client is a well-established technology organization that develops advanced communication and electronic solutions for complex and demanding environments. With a strong focus on innovation and technological excellence they bring together highly qualified engineering and technical teams to design and deliver high-performance solutions.
This is a transversal role within the Human Resources function offering exposure to several HR areas while focusing primarily on Payroll Benefits administration and HR Analytics. The role will also provide operational support to recruitment processes and other HR initiatives across the organization.
Manage payroll processes and support employees with payroll-related queries while ensuring compliance with legal and internal requirements;
Oversee HR administrative activities including employee records contract management onboarding and offboarding processes;
Support compensation and benefits administration including benefits management salary review preparation and benchmarking activities;
Prepare HR reports and dashboards monitor key HR indicators and provide data-driven insights to support management decision-making;
Provide operational support to recruitment processes including job posting CV screening candidate communication and interview coordination;
Contribute to onboarding activities and support broader HR initiatives such as training administration audits culture and engagement initiatives and HR process improvement projects.
Degree in Human Resources Management or a related field;
Around 5 years of experience in Payroll or HR Generalist roles;
Experience with ERP Primavera (mandatory);
Experience with time management software (ELO is a plus);
Experience with Compensation and Benefits processes and HR reporting or analytics (preferred);
Previous exposure to recruitment processes is considered a plus;
Business English proficiency (minimum B2 level) and fluency in Portuguese;
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive and hands-on mindset;
Analytical thinking attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
